Founder

I am the founder of Firmafitness – a trainer, personal coach, Estonia’s best arm wrestler, and bikini fitness athlete.

My greatest passion is bringing health and wellness directly into the workplace. I have been doing this for over 10 years – starting at the international company Bosch in Germany, where I conducted workplace fitness sessions. Now I bring that same energy and expertise to companies across Estonia.

Having personally experienced back pain and posture issues, I know firsthand how much of a difference the right work setup can make. This experience allows me to guide employees in creating ergonomic, pain-free workspaces that support their everyday wellbeing.

My mission is simple: to help computer workers take care of their physical and mental health. I offer:

  • Office workout sessions to get your team moving;
  • Engaging and interactive workshops on nutrition, movement, and mental health in the workplace;
  • Wellness-themed team events that inspire and energize.

  • Completed various courses abroad in physiotherapy, exercise and nutrition;
  • I have worked as a personal trainer in Germany, USA and Mexico, where my main clients were people with joint replacements and/or mobility impairments;
  • Conducted office fitness sessions and staff trainings in large German corporations.

Teaching group fitness classes is my passion. I believe the best way of getting fast results is through a personal approach. In my workouts I combine personalized approaches mixed with strength and speed elements to get you to your goals. I’m here to inspire people to move more and be active and I want to show people that working out can be fun and challenging at the same time. I know it can be scary for beginners to try new things, that is why it’s the trainers job to keep the atmosphere fun where people can feel comfortable. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, we will always combine the workout to your skill level. Hope to see you all in my classes, there is nothing to be scared of.

Mental health coach

I am a mental health and organizational behavior educator and for the past 10 years I have been passionate about promoting my knowledge of mental health. The focus of my current work is on combining different teachings to help people solve the mental health problems that arise, especially in today’s world.

I help people raise awareness of the importance of mental health and teach how to strike a balance between the inner and external worlds. I help people discover their goals and improve their expressiveness. I offer consultations in person and in groups, in addition I conduct trainings and lectures.

Yoga - Pilates

I believe in living life to the fullest and I’m here to teach yoga and pilates. I love soft and slow training styles but also running. I took my first ever pilates class back in 2007 and fell in love with it. I had no idea about the training methods or systems but I felt taller and fitter right away. I think the most important thing in life is taking care of yourself first. In my office fitness training I focus on functional movements, noticing your surroundings and presence to make bodily movement as beneficial as possible. After 15 minutes of moving you’ll feel yourself taller, fitter, more at peace and ready to take action.

I’m a personal and group trainer and professional athlete who believes that physical activity creates a healthy mind. In my workouts I harvest positive emotions and motivation, and make everyone smile. Everyone who has been sitting behind the computer for too long will be like new people after my short but effective training session. Sport has always been close to my heart. I started with playing basketball but then moved to light athletics. Over the years I’ve learned that consistent workouts and a balanced diet are most important to getting great results. Time taught that regular exercise and balanced diet are the first step to achieving a good result.

I am an athlete at heart and I encourage others to move as well. I have been involved in athletics and volleyball. Currently, I am actively involved in pole dancing and coaching office training. In office training, I get inspiration from the energy and discipline of athletics, the teamwork of volleyball and the flexibility of pole dancing. I create exercise programs that are not only effective, but also enjoyable. I communicate freely in Estonian, Russian and English.

I’m a certified stretching and Pilates trainer specializing in office worker well-being. I help employees reduce back and neck pain, improve posture, and prevent tension caused by prolonged sitting.

With over 5 years of experience, I support individuals in improving mobility, flexibility, and core strength, helping the body restore balance affected by sedentary work. My training sessions promote healthy movement at work, increased energy, and long-term well-being — both in the office and beyond.

I hold a Master’s degree in Sports Sciences from the University of Tartu. I’m a personal and group trainer, lecturer, and coach, delivering office fitness sessions and health lectures for companies.

With a strong background in strength training, weightlifting, athletics, and judo, and over 9 years of experience, I help improve employees’ health and well-being at work. I continuously update my knowledge through scientific literature and professional education to provide effective, evidence-based workplace training solutions.

I am a trainer and fitness athlete for whom movement, self-development and well-being are an everyday part of life. I have been actively involved in fitness for years and as a Kangoo Jumps group trainer for over 5 years.

The fitness world has taught me discipline, consistency and a conscious approach to both training and nutrition. I also share this knowledge and experience in my training sessions – I help people feel strong and confident in their bodies. 

As a trainer, I’m very determined, energetic and positive. I train with my heart, keeping the focus on the joy of movement. I want every person to feel stronger both physically and mentally. Through my feminine strength and positive attitude, I convey a powerful sense of success during training sessions.
