As part of Sports Week 2016 “Find your rhythm”, I went to Vasalemma elementary school to talk students and teachers about nutrition, exercise and finding a balance between them.

The lecture started with a little gymnastics, where all school students could stretch themselves in the middle of the school day, in order to improve their productivity.

I told the students that exercise and nutrition are both very important – exercise requires energy, which is provided by the right food and rest. I also asked them to dream as big as possible, because that’s the only way to reach your goals.

There was also a armwrestling table where students could practice arm wrestling techniques with fellow students, teachers and me.
